Most days you just want to hear that we're fine. On the days we're not, you want to know why.
The briefing
Two or three sentences at the top of your dashboard: how each product is doing — traffic, sales, monitors — and whether anything deserves your attention. If nothing does, it says that too. Refreshed through the day, not once at dawn.
One timeline
Deploys, incidents, store releases, spend spikes and the days revenue or traffic moved — on the same line, each tagged with the product it belongs to. Not four tabs.
Explained, not listed
When revenue dips shortly after a deploy, Probecast says so — stating the proximity, never inventing a cause. That reading is computed by code, so it works on every plan.
The facts, the timeline and the relationships between them are computed by code — so they work the same on every plan, with or without AI. Startup and Scale add the part that's written for you: the briefing, digests and reports in prose.

Frequently asked questions
What do I actually see every day?
The Main View: one screen with all your products on it. At the top, a briefing of two or three sentences — how the day is going across traffic, sales and monitors, and whether anything needs you — with one line per product carrying the numbers behind that reading. Below it, the day itself: business health, real-time revenue split by product, a timeline of the last 24 hours (deploys, incidents, store releases and the moments revenue or traffic moved, each tagged with the product it belongs to), live visitors per product, and the latency of the dependencies you rely on. If nothing meaningful happened, it says so instead of filling the space.
Do I need a paid plan to get the explanations?
No. The facts, the timeline and the relationships between them are computed by code, so they work identically on every plan — including the free one. When revenue dips shortly after a deploy, Probecast states that proximity without claiming a cause. What Startup and Scale add is the writing: the briefing, the weekly digest and the revenue insights come back as prose instead of assembled sentences. Incident postmortems and the correlation hypothesis are on Scale.
Why is Slack included in the free plan?
We believe alerts should reach you where you work. Slack is where builders live, so we include it from day one.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! The free plan includes 3 Products, monitoring from 2 regions, revenue & growth dashboards, a 25,000-event pixel and 3 status pages — free forever, no credit card required. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial.
Is there a revenue limit on the free plan?
Yes — fair use. The free plan is for products earning up to $2,000 / €2,000 / R$4,000 per month, measured over the trailing 30 days across your connected revenue integrations. When your tracked revenue passes that, we ask you to move to a paid plan (your dashboard will let you know as you approach it). Paid plans have no revenue limit. If you never connect a revenue integration, this limit simply never applies to what we can see.
What's the difference between Public Catalog APIs and Custom APIs?
Public Catalog APIs are the 1,000+ services we already track (Stripe, AWS, Vercel, etc.). Custom APIs let you add and monitor your own endpoints or services not in our catalog. Custom monitors support four check types: HTTP (response time, status code), Ping/ICMP (host reachability), Port/TCP (open port checks) and Keyword (verify text appears or is absent in a response body).
What does "Unlimited APIs" mean in the Scale plan?
You can monitor any number of APIs from our public catalog. There's no cap. Track your entire stack without worrying about limits.
What is Stack Pulse?
Stack Pulse connects directly to your infrastructure providers via their APIs — Railway, Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Resend and 20+ more — to surface real operational metrics like active deployments, database health, email delivery rates and payment transaction status. Unlike public API monitoring (which checks if an endpoint responds), Stack Pulse shows you what's actually happening inside your account.
What are Products?
Products let you group monitors by project. For example, your SaaS product might depend on Stripe, AWS S3 and your own API — group them all under one Product to see a unified health score, get targeted alerts and create a dedicated status page.
How do monitor limits work with Products?
Monitor limits (Custom APIs, Website Monitors, Heartbeat Monitors) are per account, not per Product. For example, on the Startup plan you get 50 Website Monitors total — you can distribute them across your 3 Products however you like.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% with annual billing. Use the toggle above to see annual prices. Enterprise customers can also get custom billing terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
