Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability with respect to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Probecast in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100 USD (whichever is greater).

4. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, however:

4.1 Scheduled Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability. We will attempt to notify you in advance when possible.

4.2 Emergency Maintenance

We may perform emergency maintenance without prior notice when necessary to protect the security, integrity or availability of the service.

4.3 Unplanned Interruptions

The service may become temporarily unavailable due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: network failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters or infrastructure provider issues.

4.4 SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Our goal is to maintain 99.9% monthly uptime. However, this is a goal, not a guarantee. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods are excluded from uptime calculations.
